The straight dope about energy work and what I can do for you.

One thing is essential to energy work - to run universal energy at a high yet gentle pitch so the recipient's own vibrational patterns begin to match it. This resonance
(or entrainment) is the beginning of healing.

While there are healing modalities that employ symbols, meridians, colors, chakras, etc., it's been my experience that energy is simply sentient and knows where to go. Sometimes I will do spot healing when I feel prompted to. More often, the session is like an energy shower.

Energy healing can have a cascade effect as it moves through the many levels of your life and being. During the session, many recipients report physical sensations such as warmth, coolness, vibrations, and sometimes a sense of something being removed or shifted. Emotions might surface and can be shed.

Recipients often attain a sense of calm as old and/or intrusive energies are lifted away, including astral debris, hooks, imprints, and cord cutting (with the recipient's permission). This experience can be an added means of support when life challenges or changes occur.

If you would like to chat during your session, that is fine. Some callers prefer to not speak much, if at all, in order to absorb what is occurring. In any case, I will sometimes interject with impressions I am receiving from your energy body.
